This group trip is already underway, and initial deposits and the first scheduled payment have already been collected from current travelers.

If you’re joining us after January 16, no stress — your payment plan will just look a little different. Since the group payment schedule has already begun, your remaining balance will be restructured based on your booking date, with your final payment still due by the group’s final payment deadline.

Once you submit the booking form, I’ll reach out with your custom payment breakdown so you know exactly what to expect before any payment is processed.

Transfers

Round-trip airport transfers will be added to your trip. Transfers will be arranged and provided through Meade Adventures, but the transfer cost is not included in the room/package price shown on this page.

Once transfers are priced for the group, we’ll add that amount to your reservation and collect it as an additional payment (or added into your remaining payment schedule), just like we do with other group trip items.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is available and highly recommended. We strongly encourage protecting your trip investment in case something unexpected comes up.

Travel insurance is available and can be added to your reservation. This is strongly recommended for anyone wanting to protect their trip investment or have peace of mind while traveling.

We offer two group insurance options:

• GPP (Group Protection Plan) – $129 per person
  Cancel for any reason and receive a future travel credit to use toward another trip (insurance cost is non-refundable).
• GPP+ (Group Protection Plan Plus) – $189 per person
  Cancel for any reason and receive a refund back to your original form of payment (insurance cost is non-refundable).

Optional Supplemental Upgrade – add $20 per person

For travelers who want higher medical coverage, a supplemental upgrade can be added to either plan. This increases coverage to include:

• $50,000 Emergency Medical Expense
• $50,000 Emergency Evacuation
• $2,000 Trip Delay Coverage

This option is especially recommended for travelers with medical concerns or anyone who wants extra peace of mind while out of the country.
